About Us
Not So Shabby began back in 2014 with Cupcakes by Tammy Sue operating in the front of a house. Little by little, we began selling some handmade signs and other crafts and continued growing our selection over the years. In 2019, we moved into a larger location and increased our selection of products.
Today, we sell a large variety of items both in store and online including candles, signs, home decor, boutique-style clothing, furniture and so much more. We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings, but Not So Shabby still maintains its hometown charm. All the photos on the website feature our actual products and business. What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, face masks, hosiery, Mystery Bags, any liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.), altered or final sale items cannot be returned.

Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free options?
We offer a limited selection of gluten-free cupcakes upon request. We do not currently carry any sugar-free items.
Do you have premade cakes available?
Yes, we recently added a cooler that is filled with cakes available for purchase.
How early do I need to place my cupcake or cake order?
We prefer that you place your order 1-2 weeks ahead.
